God designed us with the combination of three body such as physical body, mental body and emotional body(spiritual body). All three bodies are equally important. If one of those bodies is disturbed our whole system is imbalanced and we face many difficulties in life. Now the question is

In my point of view if we all properly maintain our three bodies conclusively achieve the dignity of strong personality. How it is possible I explain it below

Physical body
Boosting our health and fitness does not have to be hard work. Yes, building an athletic, cover model body is not easy. But if your purpose is to feel healthier, look good and put a bit of a spring in your step, then you have plenty of easy preferences. Knowing these simple hacks enhance your wellness and get a killer body. And these alterations can put on you the fuel and the power you desire to bring the bigger transformations in life. This is because the first thing in life is sound health. I mean to say health is wealth.

When you do eat fatty foods select what is understood as unsaturated oil, sunflower seed oil, mustard oil and soya bean oil.
